The newly renovated Dunlap Falls Apartment Homes was unveiled to the community in a well-attended Grand Opening / Ribbon Cutting event held on June 9, 2016.
The beautifully furnished and decorated 4,500 square foot clubhouse was the center of activities. Clubhouse amenities include a business center, exercise facilities, full kitchen, student / play area and entertaining spaces. Completed improvements were the entire front two-thirds of the property including the landscaping, all site improvements, new gated circular entrance and 12 fully completed buildings (A – F). The amenity complex provides a sparkling new pool with water wall feature, Jacuzzi, barbeque areas and fenced children’s playground.
